WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICE

Cellphones are authorised to repair Nokia handsets covered by the Nokia warranty. We have a service ensuring it costs you no money, and we aim to repair all handsets within 24 hours of receipt ensuring you receive your handset back repaired within 48 hours of our receipt.

Nokia offer a 12 month Warranty on handsets, and those manufactured after April 2005 hold a 24 month warranty. Batteries and accessories however are only covered by a 6 month warranty.

If you have a Proof Of Purchase from the U.K. we can repair your phone under warranty - please include the Proof Of Purchase along with the handset and Nokia Form.

If you are not sure whether you have warranty remaining on your handset please telephone us on 01242 539539 or email us with the IMEI number requesting a Warranty Check.

	NON WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICE Cellphones also repair handsets that are not covered by the Nokia Warranty. this service is very reasonable priced and all prices include postage both ways and vat - so the price you are given is the price you pay. To take advantage of either of these excellent services please follow the instructions below:

Back up the phone book memory and any data on the handset as we cannot guarantee this will be saved.
Take out your Sim Card and Memory Card and retain these.
Download the Nokia form and complete this fully.
Obtain proof of postage (Free of Charge) from the Post Office when sending the handset.
Ensure the phone is packaged suitable to protect the phone
(Jiffy bags can be ordered free of charge - please feel free to request one)
Send the handset, Repair Form and Proof of Purchase* (*if you have it) to the address below:

(use the Repair Form) Customers are welcome to drop the handset into our repair centre where the phone will be repaired within a 2 hour period.
If you want to guarantee we receive the phone the day after you post it we recommend you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.

DISCLAIMER
Please note that the following repairs are not covered under your Nokia warranty:
Normal wear and tear or defects covered by rough handling or physical damage to the handset.
If the phone has any signs of liquid ingress.
If the IMEI is missing from the handset
Non UK Handsets (Unless purchased in the U.K.) - In this instance please contact us to check on warranty information.
Any other repair that is not covered by the Nokia warranty - See www.nokia.co.uk for details
If the phone is not covered by the Nokia warranty, we will charge £10.00 to return the handset unrepaired.
We do not take responsibility for the loss of any handsets prior to our receipt.
