Retail Sales Consultants: take an advisory approach to
customer needs to find the most appropriate mobile communications
solution within the product range. They are also involved
in store operations. (Required in: Gloucester, Cheltenham

Trainee Store Manager: are in development to become
Store Managers and deputise in the absence of the Manager.
They are involved in coaching and developing consultants,
sales, store operations and assist the Manager in
the day-to-day running of the store. (Required in Gloucester,

Repair
Technicians (Level 2)
Repair Technicians (Level 2), to perform diagnosis and
repairs to mobile handsets. They work on individual test
benches, with full access to highly specialist equipment
within the workshop. This role is key to ensuring that
we meet our commitment to repair a mobile handset and
return it to the customer the specified period. |
